Here is the story : I was editing a video on my nokia lumia 530 ,then suddenly the phone switched off because the battery reached 0% .Without losing any second ,i quickly ran and put it to charge and it is charging normally. The problem is that some people say that the phone will get damaged, the battery will not work as it always does and will not to be stable after that . Do i have to worry about anything ? Im kinda worried about it now :(

If that happens rarely you shouldn't experience problems. However it is best to avoid deep discharge of lithium ion batteries. It is best to charge the battery when it gets to ~40-60%, and avoid letting it drain more than that on a regular basis.
