    I had to factory reboot my Icon yesterday. I have done so three time so far. Now the Insider App gives me an error message that it cannot find the network and I should check my date and time settings. I have tried everything I can to get it working as it was two days ago. I was unable to successfully install Win 10 mobile preview, but now I cannot get the app to work.

    1) Restore to stock Denim firmware using Windows Device Recovery Tool
    2) Setup phone as usual with your Microsoft account
    3) Update all apps and download Windows Insider
    4) Enroll in Windows Insider Fast or Slow Ring >> Reboot
    5) Search for updates >> be patient since the update shows as stuck but eventually progresses quickly

    pankaj981. Thanks again for the advice. I used the Windows Device Recovery Tool and now my phone is back and software is working!! I do appreciate your time and advice.

    Glad I could help. If you want to try Windows 10 again I would suggest doing that. Windows 10 is really good and performs well on the Icon..again all if you want to try it.

    pankaj981, I probably will try Win 10 on my ICON, but am now getting used to the Microsoft Health app working and it successfully connecting to my new Band 2, which did not work prior to using the Windows Device Recovery tool.
