Heres the question first: is there any method that can take the clipboard from the keyboard when battery is almost 0? or Is there any methods that i can turn on this stuff and update its battery driver?
I live in UK, and i bought a surface book few days ago when i travelled to the US. As long as i got home yesterday, i started to use it with a charger plugged in with the LED light on( though it wasnt charging at all) . I didnt update the driver and the system cuz it says it ll update automatically when battery has enough power which i never able to get. Then suddenly the battery dropped below 10% and I found that I cant take the screen away from that keyboard. Tried every methods given on the support website but it just doesnt work.
so im here to ask is there any possibility that i dont need to make a replacement with M$ but to fix it right here.
