Why my lumia is failing to categorised memory card content ?

I have sandisk ultra sdhc uhs-i 16gb card. And my Nokia lumia 625 is showing all the contents under "others" category of storage sense.
I have Windows phone 8.10 version installed. Help to sort out the issue.

I've only seen this happening when I performed a hard reset without removing the sd card first. When it happened, I copied all the stuff over to my computer, used storage sense to format the sd card than copy everything back from my computer to the sd card. This resolved the issue.
