What's the equivalent of the "Microsoft accounts" app on Android/iOS?

For the purpose of "two step verification", what's the equivalent of the "Microsoft accounts" app on Android/iOS in Windows 10 Mobile? Is it the "Authenticator" app? Thanks!

iOS needs a workaround: http://winsupersite.com/mobile/ios-windows-guy-use-authenticator-app Or at least that's all I can find... Apple wants me to download iTunes to browse iOS Apps and also requires my email address. None of that is happening. They actually hijacked my browser tab by disabling the back button.
