    I can't receive pictures and I can't find out how to copy my phone numbers from my phone to my sim card.

    Well, you didn't tell us what kind of phone you have, so that makes it a bit more challenging.

    If you are using a Windows Phone 8, 8.1, or 10, then you cannot copy phone numbers from your phone to the SIM card. The Contacts are stored in the cloud. If you are changing phones to another Windows Phone, then you just need to put your Microsoft Account on the new phone, and the contacts will be restored.

    As far as why you can't receive pictures, I don't know how you mean. Do you mean pictures received through MMS messages? Or do you mean pictures received through Bluetooth?
