Windows Central Question

I have a new kindle but it won't connect to the store

I can turn on my new kindle...and it shows me a bunch of books which I can buy but it say Kindle store is currently unavailable...try again at a later time, which I have been doing over past several hours. I'm supposed to connect to Kindle Customer Service at devise support. What's next step?

UH, you're kinda in the wrong place. This is a site dedicated to Microsoft products. You would probably be better served over at our sister site Android Central.
