windows 10 upgrade memory problems

I have been running Windows 7 Pro on an i5 system with 32 gigs of ram. I upgraded to Windows 10, and now the system is running out of memory and crashing. I have setup the paging on by hard drives to help, plus removed older programs or have updated all drivers, but still have the memory loss issues. Does anyone know if this is a Windows 10 problem with upgrading from Windows 7, or would a fresh install fix the issue?

I've never seen that problem, I'm running on a I7-3770K with 32gb of ram and no paging to the hard drive. Not needed really. Now the question, you running 32 or 64bit?
