After upgrading build 11082, my laptop is always in high CPU usage. Opening Task manager I see many Console Window host are running with 20-30% CPU usage.
They run all the time, event my computer does not open any app. After right click, these Console Window Host are in System 32, some insider has the same situation.
    Is there any update?
    Thanks

    I still face the problem.
It worked once with Disable and Enable solution, but after a restart, is back.
Three Console Windows Host, 99% CPU used.

    After start Windows
    1) run perfmon
    2) find process "console window host"
    3) pause process

I didn't find anything else what worked for me
