What is the highest operating system available for the nokia 710 and where can i down load it?

I have recently become unable to download videos from you tube and suspect that antiquated software may be the problem

The latest OS version available for the Lumia 710 is 1600.3036.885x.124x0. You should be able to check for updates in your phone settings. Other than that, there is no other way of updating your device since it came before Windows Phone 8.
