changed my region to US, i soft reset-ed, now i have a blue smiley! HELP!

Im from the Philippines, I tried to make cortana show up, but ended up losing my phone. Help me please I have a nokia lumia 730.

I would recommend using the Windows Device Recovery Tool (click the word "Windows Device Recovery Tool" on that page to download it) to reflash your phone, but as a last resort.

However, it can be worth it to open the back, remove the battery, put it back in and then try to start it up again.

I tried soft resetting it, removing all the SIMs and micro sd, yeah ive removed the battery. Im hoping i could save my phone by doing a hard reset?

A hard reset might be your only choice, using the Recovery Tool.
