HERE maps are not on Windows 10. How do I use it with my Windows phone 8.1?

I have a Windows phone 8.1 that is not getting Windows 10 according to the reports because it is not a Lumia. I use HERE maps on my Win 7 laptop, Win 7 desktop, and Win 8.1 Tablet. Windows 10 does not have HERE maps in the Store. So, if I upgrade to Windows 10, I lose Here Maps, but I can't get Windows maps on my 8.1 phone. What's guy to do?

You should be able to get Microsoft maps, regardless, since I believe it is one of the stock apps that comes with Windows 10 Mobile. It's just called "Maps" on 8.1.
