After my computer updated, I clinked on the mic symbol to activate Cortana voice command, but there was no voice response. Then I click in the search box, and click on menu then notebook , then setting , to turn on Cortana voice, but settings wasn't responding. Clicking on settings also caused Cortana systems to freeze-up. To get it to unfreeze I had to turn the computer off and back on, in order to try it all over again. Each time I turn the computer back on, I'm able to do the same thing up to the point I click on settings, and then it just freeze back-up. Please help.
