Outlook Mail Error 0x8004010f Windows 10 Mobile

I get this error code: 0x8004010f every time I try to set up an Outlook account on Windows 10 Mobile. Anyone have a solution?

I tried to remove my device (microsoft lumia) from outlook first, then reset my phone.
At the middle of the resetting process, choose the restore setting option.
Finally it's worked! Cheers
