Last time I purchase app from store India by Carrier billing,again I want to purchase new app but carrier billing does not takes place please help.
I am using IDEA cellular service.

Have you inspected your settings to make sure carrier billing is still the default payment type?

Have you contacted IDEA to make sure they are still doing carrier billing with Microsoft App Store?

What does IDEA advise?
