    I have already created a Windows account and verified the account from my email. When I enter the windows store, I try to download apps and something goes wrong. I click on the button that says "free" and then I select my Windows account. A new tab appears that is grey, this box stays open for a little less than a minute. Nothing happens and the app is not downloaded.

    I tried almost everything except reverting to Windows 8. One person was able to download from the store by reverting to Windows 8. Fortunately I had a Registry backup from Windows 8 that I merged into Windows 10. A day and 1/2 later all 8 Windows Store downloads were done.
    I worked on this problem for 6 days.
    I advise to create a registry Backup before upgrading to Windows 10. (Pass it on).
