What can't lumia 640 users share certain things?

Hi,
lumia 640 is a good phone but why are there certain things we can't share like videos or even attach them to emails? What then is the essence of a smartphone if u cant have these features? Its really not fair to users who patronize the windows platform. Please kindly upgrade. Also BBM for windows doesn't have the call feature, don't know if Microsoft has any control in this aspect.

It may not be possible in windows phone 8.1 but it is there in windows 10 mobile. The new OS will most likely be rolling out to 640 in a few weeks to few months time depending on country

I'll check with my brother if he has a way of sharing videos. I have a feeling that if you select the video from files manager app, you could be able to share via email
