Windows Central Question

I just updated my PC to windows 10 and I needed to download an unzip/rar program and I used the App store, which seems to have been a big mistake. I logged into my Microsoft account and suddenly my background is now the image of my tablet. I don't want to share information from my PC across devices or any of that stuff. My internet connection is set to an 'unsecured' network with no sharing of files. I logged out of the App store but that didn't fix anything. Thanks for any help.

Logging in with your MS account to access the store triggered the change probably because you haven't changed the syncing options from their defaults. Check those and disable whichever ones are for syncing across PC's then you should be fine to have unique backgrounds.
