How to get pass the locked device with mintue count down, on the Lunia 635 8.1

It said the customer have to wait 127 minutes to try again to log back into the phone

You can't. If there was a way to get passed that, then the security of Windows Phones (one of the best) wouldn't be reliable. You'll have to wait.

In the meantime while waiting, you may create a Windows Central account to Reply in this thread - it wouldn't take you more than 127 minutes.

Sometimes this is a glitch.

Often times it is from too many invalid PIN attempts.

Regardless, the solution is the same. Hard Reset.

Power off the phone > hold Volume Down > press Power > keep holding Volume Down until you see the exclamation (!) screen, then immediately release the Volume Down

Now tap Volume Up / Volume Down / Power / Volume Down

You should see the spinning gears and your phone will reflash the last OS version held in recovery. You do loose data, but get your phone back. Sign into your Microsoft Account and restore your backup during the set up.
