Why can't I hear with my new wireless headphone?

cant hear with my new wireless headphones

I purchased new wireless headphones for my laptop. I can't get the music to come through my headphones. Windows 7 would walk you through it step by step. can't find it in windows10

I did had problems connecting my Nokia Bluetooth headset to windows 10 pc. May be you need to trigger pairing in your headset and connect to pc with bluetooth turned on in settings. After you get a prompt to connect wait till the bar is reached to 100% for your headset device listed.

Maybe you should check if bluetooth is indeed installed on that PC or if it is atleast enabled. Could be a problem with pairing.
