why on my new computer, are all answers referring to windows 8.1 when i installed windows 10?

I bought my new computer never used approx. four months ago and installed windows 10. all answers to questions always apply to windows 8. why?

It;s because Windows 10 is new and it will take some time to be familiar with technicians for problem solving.
