I'm new to the surface 3 and the battery is atrocious on this thing (6 hours for a full charge). I noticed today that when watching netflix the battery % was getting lower even while plugged in with the provided power supply.
If this is normal it's completely ridiculous. I would not have purchased this if I knew I wouldn't actually be able to use it if the battery get's low, unless I put it down for 6 hours and don't touch it.
Is there anything I can do to prevent this kind of garbage?
It's ridiculous for them to advertise this as a laptop replacement if I can't even charge it while in use.
