Hello there I am on the insiders program and downloaded windows 10 for phone on my Lumina 640 Sunday
But can't find/turn on widow's hello

Welcome to Windows Central Dennis.

That is because only the 950 and 950 XL have the hardware (IR camera) needed for Hello.
