i have a lumia 950xl with the latest soaftware. the photo's have stopped synching to onedrive. when i open the onedrive app to find the problem, that has also stopped working. the initial screen appears and then in freezes and shuts down, so i can't find any of the files that are trying to upload that might be causing the problem. is it possible to reset just the onedrive app or will i have to hard reset my phone?

For sure it is possible to reinstall the onedrive app... Bear in mind that this app generally has many bugs and issues on many devices, so do not expect much.
