I go into windows media and my songs are there but now it says the file format is not supported. the songs are there but it wont play any of them and all of them are wma when some were mp3 in the older version. also my pictures and videos are completely wiped out. **** WINDOWS FAKE ****...ALL MY RECORDED SONGS GONE IM AN ARTIST WORKED HARD MIXING MASTERING RECORDING.

Ouch, that's bad. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Can you still run system restore on it?
