Main Hotmail account do not sync calendar and contact. But the second does

This is what I found from a link in windows central
"Note that the Microsoft Account that you used to sign in to Windows, is added to Mail and Calendar apps by default and can't be removed."

This can be found if you search for article titled "Resolve sync issues in Mail and Calendar apps in Windows 10"

But in my case this is not true. The Microsoft Account that you used to sign in to Windows is not even showing the sync option for calendar and contacts. Only Mail is listed there. But the second account I added shows 3 options Mail, Contact + calendar. How to fix this?
