How to change lock screen pictures on the PC, Windows 10

The PC has a lock screen with a picture, by moving the mouse or
touching the space bar bring up the login screen. I seen other pictures available for the lock screen, how do I change the picture from the one that is on my PC?

Start > Settings > Personalization > Lock Screen > Background > personally I love the "Windows Spotlight" setting. It brings me fresh pics all the time.
