And that's basically it. My Nokia Lumia 630 (Denim, RM-976_1166 from Germany; WP 8.10.14234.375) had a rough month with extremely delayed notifications (sometimes even longer than 40 minutes) and I decided to do a factory reset. It's been working well for 24 hours, but once again I missed every single notification in a 15 minute span. Nothing was notified. WhatsApp, LINE and Telegram did not work.
I asked somewhere else and was informed that may be an issue regarding cellular reception, but that's not the problem because my phone was only connected to a Wi-Fi during the last 24 hours.
