So far I have spent several hrs with AT&T as well as MS Lumia customer service with zero help. Have had phone only 5 days & this by far is my biggest mystery. I get my audio books from a library & overdrive media. Is there another format that this platform identifies ? Hope someone can help. Downloaded Switch Sound file converter. Did not work. Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

I am not use Windows Phone. I know for Android, there is a software called Android transfer, and for IOS, there is a software called IOS transfer or iphone transfer. So you can try to find software follow this way.

Sorry this post is a touch confusing.

Windows Phone recognises MP3 in the Groove music player so you can play them right from there.

WP also has the OverDrive app available - http://forums.windowscentral.com/e?l...token=kChaW4bU

If you want a media player that supports other formats you can use this (not free) - http://forums.windowscentral.com/e?l...token=vrkRMQUx

    If you're after a converter there's this one - http://forums.windowscentral.com/e?l...token=7nF5QtTq

Not sure if I've helped but if you can explain a bit better I may or someone else may be able to help more.
