Microsoft account service is unavailable right now...STILL?

Haven't been able to do app updates or sync with my OneDrive acct since Nov. 2015 on my HTC 8.0 Verified date/time is correct. Did several soft reboots. Deleted other apps and photos to free up additional space. Nothing will work.
