Have a Microsoft Lumia 435 and need to know how to delete pending download

i want to delete the pending apps as they are stuck in pending and have been for a week! I have tried several suggestions but none work.

i want to delete the pending apps as they are stuck in pending and have been for a week! I have tried several suggestions but none work.

First of all do you have space for the apps that are trying to download on your phone or your micro sd card?

If it's set to your phone, you may have run out of space - go to settings - storage sense - if you have limited space tap on the bar under phone - wait for the list to populate then tap apps+games and uninstall what you don't need.

Alternatively, insert your msd card and set "store new apps on my" from phone to your msd card.

[NOTE]Insert your msd card first then change it otherwise you may cause errors[/NOTE]

Furthermore have you tried long pressing on the download and pressing cancel?

Also if that doesn't work, go to settings and set it download updates via Wifi only.

Close the store, open it again and go to your downloads / pending updates it should start downloading in a bit.

If not download something like BBC iplayer to prompt your downloads going (again that's presuming you have space available).
