no settings app

Hello all I got my gf a 950xl and there is no settings there ? Why and how ? I try downloading it from the app store but It doesn't find it, help me out please.

Swipe to "all apps list" > tap one of the capitalized letters > tap "S" and look for settings

Swipe to "all apps" list > tap in the search bar > start typing "settings"

From home screen > swipe down to access notification center > tap on settings quick tile

Did it there is no settings it asks to download when I swipe down for quickies and enter settings but I can't find it on the store and there is no m edge to

What shall i do, how am I suppose to get setting or restore the phone ...

Sorry for the late reply mate but consider soft resetting the phone first (hold down the volume down and power button simultaneously until the phone turns off and vibrates, then let go of both buttons). Check if you can access the settings, if not we'll go for the hard reset. Report back
