I'm really worried because my Windows phone is making a screeching sounds, how can I stop them?

im really worried because my windows is making a screeching sound please

every time i go on it it plays a screeching sound and gives me a sore head please help

What version of Windows are you using?
In what circumstances does this sound appear?

It's most probably the cooling fan. Either check the fan for dust or debris, or have it checked in a service center.
