after the latest update for windows phone.. i need to tap a pin code .. never done before

and on the sign in option page ... it says " some settings are managed by your organisation"... never changed a thing anywhere in any of my computers or Ipad.. and they work... but after the latest update yesterday ... suddenly i need a pin code.. that CANT be changed .. other than to .. always .. or some minutes... whats wrong .. drives me crazy ...
