Outlook in Windows 10 phone

I tried..tried and tried but unable to add-activate my Microsoft account in my W 10 phone so I can sync Outlook calendar ..my Microsoft account in my pc (email-calendar ) working fine..Is Microsoft aware of the problem ? Thanks

Please join the site and give us some more information.
- Are you getting any kind of error message on the phone?
- Did you setup the account the exact same way as you did on the PC?
- Is everything else internet-related working on the phone or is there some connectivity problem?

I had this same problem after upgrading a Lumia 640 to W10M. A hard reset fixed it.
