    Is there any way to lock my apps(not just tiles) and photos.. I tried some apps but due to system limitations it don't work as it should be..

    No, there is no app for that. Any app third-party app that tells you that it can lock your apps should be reported as misleading.

    There are, however, apps that can lock your photos, but you should transfer those photos into the app and then delete them from your original Photo Hub.

    The only real way to lock them is to set a PIN for your phone lock screen and keep that PIN to yourself.

    Alternatively, there is Kid's Corner and Apps Corner which gives other users a customized Start Screen with they use your phone... which means you can choose which apps they have access to. Caution must be exercised, however, since if you place an app that has access to your photos there (such as certain games) they will be able to see your photos even the main Photo Hub isn't accessible.
