Lumia 930 soft and hard reset not running, my phone after only 3 days died. What can I do?

After just 3 days my new Lumia 930 is completely died, I just feel a small vibration each 20 seconds coming from the phone.
The PC connection also does not work.
Completely disappointed as I changed from a lumia 820 to this Lumia 930 to improve my WP experience. I think I will return the phone and move to an android experience.
