what is error 0x803F7000

Whenever I try to purchase an app, it say that it's starting the download, and then after it applies the license, it says 'Try that again Error, see details'; and when I click to see the details, it says 'error 0x803F7000'

This is an unfortunate, but common, error in the Windows app store. Most store issues are usually fixed by a hard reset of your mobile device, or a PC restart if you're using a PC.

This error code may refer to access denial when trying to install.
Could mean that storage space on your target device is low or otherwise insufficient to allow for installation.
