Enable phone to ring while listening to music Nokia 935

Hello,

My Nokia 935 currently only vibrates when receiving a call while I'm listening to music. Is there a way to change the settings so that the music I'm listening to stops and plays my ringtone?

Hi,

So unfortunately we don't have lumia 935's, but I'm guessing you're either using a 930 or 950. Now as far as I know the music will pause and the ringtone will play when there's an incoming call. There isn't an actual toggle for this option as it just how the phone works per default.

Did you check to see if your phone is set to only vibrate? maybe the ringtone you picked has a "soft" beginning (the music starts at a low volume)
