Why has the key lock button stop responding on a certain day?

the key lock button stop responding on cewrtain day

the date is 13 / march / 2016 .
if I set an earlier date it works . after 13/ march / 2016 does not work.
tried that since the mornng .
Set Date :
21/ January /2015 works
10/ march /2016 works
11/ march /2016 works
12/ march /2016 works
13/ march /2016 not working
14/ march /2016 not working
15/ march /2016 not working
