First of all, what Laura said.
Second, the feature just hasn't been adder and there isn't much we can do about it. I hear there is a new set of Facebook apps coming out soon but I don't know if it includes calling or not.

Facebook is working on all new universal apps for instagram, facebook and messenger (under closed beta) however when they will hit the store for sure is anyone's guess right now.

There's going to be a new Messenger app sometime "soon" for mobile, but no news yet.
