Language Download Error Error 0x80070020, how can I fix this?

Language Download Error Error 0x80070020

Is anyone else facing the problem while installing Language Packs? I tried to install English UK and English USA, both give the same Error 0x80070020 while installing. I contacted Microsoft Support but seems like the only solution they offer is RESET your phone. Lol

Same problem here. And I just made a clean total reinstall (WDRT->8.1->10)... I don't want to do a hard reset, last hard reset was the cause of more problems than before...

I have to do a reset of my phone?

I really don't want to reinstall all my apps...and re config my phone...

No other way? If I have to I will...but hoping for some other options...

Hi,

I have this issue for the Australia English speech pack download as well. the failing download appears to stop Cortana working which has also disabled my quiet hours. Quite a pain really fora brand new handset.
