Why I am unable to uninstall some apps on Windows 10 mobile?

I downloaded upgrade advisor on my windows phone and came to know that; my phone was ready for the update. But after the update; I am unable to uninstall some apps. Those are not microsoft apps, random apps which I downloaded from the app store. After unistall app leaves an icon. Restart didn't solved the problem!

thats a known bug with windows 10, i suggest you perform a hard reset if you haven't after upgrading that will fix these minor bugs
