Unable to upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade to Windows 10 since yesterday on my 640xl. Upgrade advisor says my phone is ready. Getting the error 801882d2 which is not listed. What is it and what can I do? I've restarted my phone several times. Thank you.

Download the windows insider app > open it > tap on "get preview..." > select "production" > the phone will reboot > give it a minute or two > head to update (settings) > check for updates if there isn't one downloading already.

The production build is the same everyone else got (afaik). Afterwards remove the app or hard reset (always a good idea to do a hard reset after a upgrade). The hard reset will remove the app anyways. Also best not to restore from a backup
