The download sites for Nokia E71 fimware looks offline, the official app from the Microsoft site cannot download anything. Is it still possible to do firmware updates for that phone?

We did a factory reset recently on it, and I believe the system updates got washed away, I'm trying to put back the latest firmware on the device.

    Best regards,

    Marc

I feel your pain, I just got a Palm Pre and Treo on their feet recently and the official support infrastructure and documentation is largely gone.

I would get in touch with Symbian enthusiasts. There are still some Palm OS and webOS holdouts so I'm sure there's some Symbian users, or at least, Symbian ex-users that may have the files you need. (like I have a sizeable archive of Palm OS applications, system updates, etc.)

This is a Windows Phone oriented site so you may not get the stuff you need, despite once being Nokia heavy after they went WP.
