My lumia 1320 cannot be upgraded to windows phone 10.

It says my system is up to date. I'm using a lumia 1320 Hong Kong build. My griends have already upgraded to windows 10. But my phone can't. I've reset my phone already. Still can't get a win10 update. What should I do? Why is this happening?

Sorry but your 1320 is not officially supported. Here's the list of supported devices: Supported phones for Windows Insider Preview - Microsoft Windows

It could be that your friends, if they all own a 1320, are using the "windows insider" app.
