Windows 10 problem

My pc hasn't been running well. I'm not able to open any native app or start menu. I tried to hard reset but it always shows an error. Can i use the media creation tool to reinstall windows or any other idea

You can use the media creation tool. I think you have to take a bunch of updates after, but you'd have a clean install.

Your license is in the cloud, just use the same Microsoft Account during setup.
