When I make a call, my Lumia screen is black, help?

When I call, my lumia screen is black, help? I know that is a problem with proximity sensor

I know, problem is a proximity sensor. But I don't have any screen protectors. When I dial someone, I just pressed my screen on top very gently and screen is ok, but when my arm leave, screen is off? Thanks.

Make sure to get rid off dust, oil and grit out of the screen and issue will be solved.

I bet you got a 640.... Tried a hard reset?
