SMS on the windows 10 Lumia 550 why cant i sms groups or attachements?

Lumia 550 great phone love it. cant text to group or add picture? single text works great.
Microsoft said it the carrior, I don't belive that.

go to people app and create the group you want - it should be a windows group for texting. Once created and you've added people, save. At the bottom of the group you'll see a section for message everyone.
