Le hice un hard reset a mi Lumia 525 porque se me cerraban casi todas las aplicaciones (inclusive Iexplorer), pero ahora cuando intento configurar la cuenta principal microsoft para recuperar el backup y los mensajes, no me deja hacerlo. Hago Configuraciones>cuentas+correos>agregar cuenta >cuenta microsoft>iniciar sesion>(se ven los puntos que est?n cargando(....) y retorna al men? “agregar cuenta” sin dejarme siquiera escribir mi cuenta.
